Conditions Of Booking

Travel Insurance

Although it is not a requirement, it is recommended that you take out Travel Insurance Cover, you never know what's around the corner, Should something happen and you had to cancel, or a mishap, or injury whilst on holiday.

 

There are certain conditions set to regulate bookings, some are set by us but most are set by the park operators "Bourne Leisure" (Trading as Haven Holidays). These are listed below, in these conditions, The park Operator will be referred to as "Haven". D.W. & C. Esam Caravan Letting Agency will be referred to as The Agent" and the customer is referred to as "Client".

Bookings are only accepted by the Agent on receipt of a completed and signed Booking Form (either Booking form BF3. or http://www.esamcaravans.co.uk/booking.htm) and the appropriate deposit/Payment

£50.00 per week booked prior to 6 weeks before Start date

b

50% of the total cost if booked between 6 and 2 weeks prior to Start date date

c

Payment in full if booked within 2 weeks of start date

Bookings can not be accepted from:

a

Persons under the age of 21

b

Parties of a single sex (ie all male, all female)

All deposits are none refundable unless the optional insurance is taken

Once the booking has been accepted by the Agent. the Client will be notified with a date the balance payment must be paid by. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in holiday being deemed as canceled with the loss of all monies paid (a demand for the full balance may be sent if the holiday can not be re booked)

If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason, you must contact us in writing,

If a holiday is canceled prior to 4 weeks before start date, all monies received by us from you will be refunded with the exception of your deposit. this deposit will be held as a credit for 2 years as deposit for another holiday at a later date.

If a holiday is canceled between 4 and 2 weeks before start date, 50% of all monies received by us from you will be refunded, this deposit will be held as a credit for 2 years as deposit for another holiday at a later date. (providing this does not leave the balance held at less than £50.00.

If a holiday is canceled less than 2 weeks before start date, No refund will be made unless the holiday can be rebooked. If the holiday can be rebooked a refund will be made less the initial deposit, less any discount offered in order to rebook the holiday.

Persons staying with you during your Holiday

No person other than those listed on the booking form are allowed to stay overnight in the caravan.

The maximum occupancy of the caravan as stated by the caravan manufacturer must not be exceeded.

c

Remember this is a Family Holiday Park, Haven will not tolerate Antisocial behavior

Any breech of conditions 6a, 6b or 6c and your holiday could be terminated immediately and you could be removed from the park, and possibly liable to prosecution.

The Client will not be asked to provide a security deposit

The Client is responsible for the Caravan and its contents during the period of his/her stay

b

The Client is responsible for any damage to or loss from the caravan during the period of his/her stay. and may be charged for any damage to or loss from the caravan during this period.

The Client is responsible for the actions of all those named on the booking form during his/her stay

7

d

The client will not be responsible for breakdown due to normal wear and tear or age

Your booking is from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival untill 10:00 am on the day of departure unless stated on your booking confirmation.

Please ensure your booking form is signed before sending it to us (unsigned booking forms can not be accepted).
